DRAWING & PAINTING WORKSHOP IN PROVENCE
Dates : Saturday 20 to saturday 27th of August 2011
THE
SITE
The cultural and gastronomic reputation of Provence is high.
The workshop takes place in the countryside of Banon, a small historical town of Provence, close to a bunch of beautiful villages.
The house we are accomodated in, is located in a hamlet and a hill overlooking the valley.

THE
PROGRAM: LANDSCAPE AND LIFE DRAWING
In the morning, we work from the landscapes (for example, in one of the beautiful villages of the neighbourhood).
In the afternoon : individual work or rest...
From 5 pm to 7 pm, life model drawing or painting.
Each day a particular theme is studied (light circulation, composition, complementary colours...)
You can use any of the traditional techniques. A list of material can be sent to you.

The teacher is Patrick Fouilhoux, a professional painter
a professional painter has been instructor since 17 years at the

PRICE
& CONDITIONS
Price : 495 euros, for one week.
Price includes tuition and accomodation.
Reservation fees: 190 euros (not refundable after 1-07)
2 beds per room. (Extra charge for private room : 135 euros)
Rooms are available at about 4:00 PM, on the day of arrival, and
have to be left at 10:00 AM, day of departure.
Transport and meals are not included.
Meals are prepared by a lady of the neighbourhood. The cost is shared : approximatly 150 €

train : Paris / Avignon or Marseille and then bus to Banon. You can ask to be picked up in Banon.
